It is located on the first floor, no lift. It consists of a kitchen with dining table and balcony, 3 double bedrooms, two of which with a communicating terrace, a bedroom/study and a bathroom.
The beaches of Santa Margherita Ligure can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Portofino can be reached in 10 minutes by car or with a pleasant waterfront walk of about an hour. Santa Margherita Ligure station is 1.3 km away.
